(December 2, 2020) WALWORTH, Wis. — Nearly 900 lots of tractors, vintage trucks, signs and farm relics crossed the auction block at Mecum's Gone Farmin’ Fall Premier in Davenport, Iowa, Nov. 19-21, and even in the face of unexpected, eleventh-hour changes, the event was a pronounced success with a 90% sell-through rate and $3.6 million in overall sales achieved. Due to restrictions announced by the governor of Iowa within 24 hours of the auction’s slated start time, the Gone Farmin’ team was forced to make a sudden transition, taking what was planned as a live-auction event and turning it into a live-online auction just hours before the first item crossed the block.
