The three-day sale continued the company’s strong track record in South Florida, attracting its strongest attendance to date and realizing a nearly 20 percent sales increase over 2013.

(March 4, 2014) A well-maintained 1955 Nash Rambler wagon was spotted on a Weaverville, Calif., street by Abandoned Cars contributing photographer Jerry Brown. The model year can be determined because 1955 was the first year the Rambler came with open front wheel wells.

The compact-sized Nash Rambler was a good idea when it was conceived in the late '40s hitting the market in 1950. The Rambler has been acknowledged to be the first successful modern American compact car.

(February 20, 2014) DETROIT — The National Automotive History Collection (NAHC) has selected the Chrysler Group's SRT Viper as its "Collectible Car of the Future."

NAHC members vote annually to name the "Collectible Car of the Future" from North American-built vehicles launched during the previous calendar year. The SRT Viper was selected from 19 all-new vehicles introduced in 2013.

The choice of Feb. 18 for the reopening of the MEF was in recognition of the anniversary of Enzo Ferrari’s birth on Feb. 18, 1898.
