Lunaz to begin production of electric classic 1970-1994 Range Rovers

(December 6, 2020) The National Historic Vehicle Register has officially added two cars this year to their list — the 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T SE and the 1921 Duesenberg Straight Eight. They will be joining the 26 other significant automobiles that are on the register. Their significant stories will be documented for all future generations at the Library of Congress. The National Historic Vehicle Register was developed by Historic Vehicle Association to thoroughly document America’s most historically important automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles.

Due to restrictions announced by the governor of Iowa within 24 hours of the auction’s slated start time, the Gone Farmin’ team was forced to make a sudden transition, taking what was planned as a live-auction event and turning it into a live-online auction just hours before the first item crossed the block.

(November 29, 2020) WALWORTH, Wis. — Mecum Auctions’ forward momentum achieved another thrust with a successful live classic and collector car auction event earlier this month in Las Vegas, as a group of 431 vehicles crossed the auction block. With bids pouring in from both live, on-site auction participants as well as those who opted to bid online from the comfort of home, the Mecum Las Vegas auction saw 316 vehicles hammer sold for a 73% sell-through rate and $13 million in overall sales.

Global demand for resto-mod vehicles drives Classic Recreations expansion
