Jaguar Land Rover celebrates a 'Classic' future

(March 18, 2016) WHITLEY, Coventry England — Jaguar Land Rover has announced the renaming of its Heritage business to Jaguar Land Rover Classic. The rebranded division will continue to provide cars, services, parts and experiences for Classic Jaguar and Land Rovers and their owners.

(March 16, 2016) WALWORTH, Wis. — Mecum Auctions’ momentum into 2016 continued in Kansas City last weekend following the company’s highest-grossing sale in history in January. The auction house’s annual spring auction held March 11-12 at the Kansas City Convention Center saw 572 vehicles cross the auction block with 409 classic and collector cars hammering sold for a strong 72-percent sell-through rate.

1963 Jaguar E-Type found under a hedge goes up for auction

Buick insignia aligned with Buick's history, future

(February 22, 2016) As the story goes, a design researcher at the Detroit Public Library in the 1930s discovered a description of David Dunbar Buick’s family coat of arms.  Tracing familial roots to Scotland, the crest included a red shield with contrasting checkered line bisecting it from upper-left to lower-right corners.  Designers at GM triplicated the design and created Buick’s logo.
